Royal and Ministerial Visitors to Silsden Cricket Club

Following the visit of Sports Minister Mr Gerry Sutcliffe and local MP Anne Cryer to the opening of our new sports facility, Princess Anne flew in whilst on official duty in the village. The RAF Seaking Helicopter landed on the outfield and whilst H.R.H. undertook her duties, the pilots and MI5 agents enjoyed our hospitality and a pot of good old Yorkshire tea.
